Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/M.Com in Finance/Accounts/Economics or equivalent with very good academic track record from any recognized and well reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation “Form-GHA” and Incentive Claim Application
∎ Follow up Audit file, Certificate, PRC & Back-to-Back information
∎ Communicate with Bank and Audit firm
∎ Prepare Cash BTMA
∎ Prepare & Submit GOTS & OCS Application with Supporting documents for issuing organic TC.
∎ Maintain record keeping of GOTS & OCS TC.
∎ To conduct & process all kinds of L/C, BB L/C activities.
∎ Prepare import & local export documentation and submitted to bank.
∎ Communicate with Bank, Forwarder, C & F, and Transport agent.
∎ Payment follow-up with Bank /Buyer.
∎ Prepare & check LC/TT/FDD/Pay order proposed in Bank.
∎ Bank to bank document endorsement (Non-Nego/Original).Follow up raw materials TC.
∎ Segregate the Organic & Recycled GD & PI from daily issuance GD & PI.
∎ Collected GRS & RCS Scope Certificate from Buyer.
∎ Collect all the documents regarding TC & apply in the portal for issuing TC.
∎ Preparing invoice, Packing list, B/L and shipping documents for local export.
∎ Perform any other jobs as and when assigned by the top management.
