Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA / MBA with major in HRM/Management from any reputed university. PGDHRM will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
∎ Keep track of employee on probation and ensure confirmation of employment is done timely.
∎ Keep track of yearly employee performance appraisal and ensure appraisal process is completed timely.
∎ Review Performance appraisal forms, compile result and prepare reports for management meeting.
∎ Provide support to set KPI and prepare JD for different position.
∎ Ensure annual increment process is done timely following the recommendation of management based on outcome of performance appraisal.
∎ Provide support in payroll and benefits administration.
∎ Manage leave, movement & attendance of employees.
∎ Execute final settlement of the employees within timeline.
∎ Conduct exit Interview of separated staff.
∎ Ensure all the HR data are stored in HRM software including employee data base, recruitment related data, appraisal data.
∎ Generate necessary reports according to the needs of the management.
∎ Draft different letters/memos/notice/office order/communication materials for day-to-day HR operations.
∎ Any other task given by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 4 year(s). Experience in NGO will get preference.
∎ At least 4 years relevant practical experience in a large organization/NGO.
∎ Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Advanced level skill in using MS office package with email & internet.
∎ Average typing speed in both Bangla and English is a must.
∎ Should be enthusiastic, pro-active, dedicated, punctual and hard working.
∎ Maintain confidentiality of information.
∎ Should be flexible and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Salary:
∎ During probationary period Tk. 21,500 (6 month). Probation period may be shortened or extended based on performance and management decision. After confirmation monthly gross salary will be Tk. 27,900 per month (negotiable for the deserving candidates).

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Other admissible benefits like Provident Fund, Gratuity, Festival Bonus, Salary review, Incentive Bonus, Medical benefits and Leave as per organization policy.
