Officer / Jr. Officer - IED (Cutting)

Prepare and follow daily and weekly cutting plans according to the production schedule.

Calculate and monitor cutting capacity, manpower requirement, and target vs. achievement.

Conduct SMV calculation, time study, and method study for cutting activities.

Track and improve cutting efficiency, productivity, and output.

Maintain and update cutting KPI reports and performance data.

Support manpower allocation and line balancing in the cutting section.

Monitor WIP, recut, bundling, numbering, shade grouping, and fabric utilization.

Reduce NPT and control overtime, wastage, and unnecessary motion.

Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth input to sewing and overall production flow.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of IE tools and techniques in garment manufacturing.

Good communication and coordination skills.
