Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
∎ Pinpoint the decision-makers within the client organization
∎ Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives
∎ Participate in the pricing of the services
∎ Provide solutions to any business problem and implement those solutions
∎ Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion
∎ Present new products and services to the current market base and enhance existing relationships
∎ Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
∎ Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs
∎ Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
∎ Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
∎ Submit weekly/market update / progress reports and ensure data is accurate
∎ Daily sales reporting, weekly sales review analysis, and provide business data on a time-to-time basis.
∎ Help sales team to design market visit plan based on business priority
∎ Understand the company’s goal and purpose
∎ Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging customer network
∎ Organize customer events
∎ Create a major customer pool and work to increase the list
∎ Conserve major customers through proper interpersonal communication
∎ Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s senior management
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years of experience in driving sales
∎ Knows the product and market
∎ Good in Presentation
∎ Good in Selling and Communication
