Job Responsibilities:
∎ Input the test result from raw data in the system.
∎ Transfer the data into the system properly.
∎ Arrange to send the test report softcopy through mail properly as per the customer's instruction.
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly & quarterly summary as per the customer instruction and send accordingly.
∎ Update the customer manual as per the customer updated information and change accordingly.
∎ Provide the internal copy of the test report to accounts department to prepare final invoice.
∎ Prepare the production status as well as delay (%) of the report daily and share with laboratory manager accordingly.
∎ Complete the job assigned by the superior from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ 1-year experience in data entry
Salary: Negotiable
