Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure training, workshops, meetings, and gesture bookings.
∎ Ensure proper service, including accommodation, food, classroom, meeting room and training equipment, according to booking.
∎ Provide guidance and supervision of the Deputy Operation Manager of the responsible BRAC Learning Center (Cluster BLCs) and Own BRAC Learning Center, officer, Logistics, Officer Store and Service Staff.
∎ Prepare and implement annual budget and procurement plans.
∎ Promote at the local level to ensure the use of BRAC Learning Center's space usage is 100%.
∎ Prepare and verify documents and reports in the operation sector, respond to audit reports, and send and submit reports to the appropriate place.
∎ Ensure the learning, relational development, and service of the BLC learning environment through interventions and inter-scheduling programs.
∎ Ensure the clear cleanliness, beauty enhancement, and overall security of BLC.
∎ Ensure the purchase of the required goods of the BLC complies with the policy, the approval of the bill voucher, annual renovation according to the budget, and the new market expansion outside BRAC and BRAC for increasing income.
∎ Assess the annual PMS targets of all employees, evaluate them according to the appropriate guidelines at the end of the year, and submit them to the BRAC Human Resources Division.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation.
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of actionFollow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
