5 years experience as a Pattern Master with woven denim factory.
Must be experienced Making Pattern through Lectra Software.
Ability to handle Gerber Software.
Should have experienced to work with the Levi`s, Gap, Maurices, American Eagle, Walmart buyers.
Able to work under pressure, Meet deadlines.
Should be proactive and dynamic.
Good Writing and Oral Communication skills both Bangla and English
Responsibilities & Context
Making Pattern in CAD.
Provide technical suggestion to factory pattern master how to control excess fabric consumption.
Develop new sampling pattern with complete specification.
Review and Understand customer comments on Sample.
Assist factory pattern master to create grade and implement new patterns.
Knowledge of Lectra system and checking on Lectra graded pattern.
Any other assignment by Head of plant or department.
Report performance of Technical staffs at Factories.
