Additional Requirements

• Working knowledge of ERP or accounting systems (e.g Oracle)
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication in English and Bengali.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients/accounts, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in B2B sales or corporate client handling.
• Familiarity with relevant Bangladeshi tax regulations, VAT, and relevant reporting norms.
• Certification or practical experience in IFRS/BAS accounting treatments.
Responsibilities & Context
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive targeted sales initiatives and meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
2. Develop strong relationships with clients to support order-to-cash cycles.
3. Serve as the primary liaison between clients and finance for invoicing and payment follow-up.
4. Prepare, issue, and track customer invoices.
5. Monitor outstanding receivables, aging reports, and collections.
6. Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.
7. Ensure timely revenue recognition in compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS/BAS).
8. Collaborate with finance to manage deferred revenues and billing schedules.
9. Analyze realizable revenue, prepare reports, and suggest improvements to realization efficiency.
10. Reconcile AR ledger balances with finance records.
11. Assist in month-end close and financial statement support.
12. Identify process improvements across sales-to-cash workflows and strengthen internal controls.
