Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Project Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
∎ Create and maintain project management tools such as Gantt charts, project schedules, and project dashboards
∎ Track project progress and report on projects status to stakeholders, including project managers, senior leadership, and other key stakeholders
∎ Monitor project risks and issues and assist in developing mitigation strategies
∎ Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Bachelor's degree in project management or a related field will be given preference
∎ Proven experience as a project coordinator or in a similar role
∎ Required bachelor’s degree completion from reputed university i.e, NSU, BRAC, AIUB
∎ Proven experience as a project coordinator or in a similar role
∎ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
∎ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
∎ Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Gantt charts, and project dashboards
∎ Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders
∎ Strong problem-solving skills
∎ PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
∎ Proven experience as a project coordinator or in a similar role
