Educational Requirements:
∎ A diploma from Graphic Institute on Press Printing is preferred or minimum graduation
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments Accessories
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the overall Printing Press (the Pre-Press, Press, and Post Press team).
∎ Guide and follow up on the approval process.
∎ Guide prepress and post-press process including color matching.
∎ Receive inquiries from the marketing team and analysis, lead the task of product development, and ensure on-time product submission to the marketing department.
∎ Guide the Production to match the colors and substrates.
∎ Production planning and reporting.
∎ Estimating costs and setting quality standards.
∎ Drafting a timescale for the job.
∎ Outsourcing of the items which are not available in-house.
∎ Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
∎ To increase productivity in all machines by proper planning and better output without affecting the quality of the products.
∎ To minimize downtime of all machinery/ auxiliaries by proper coordination & interaction with the maintenance department continuously.
∎ Ensure quality. Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs.
∎ Planning of jobs for ensuring optimum machine utilization and timely deliveries.
∎ Liaising among different departments, associates, vendors, and if need with clients.
∎ Supervision and motivated a team of workers.
∎ Proper control of wastage and workers ‘efficiency.
∎ Reviewing the performance of subordinates.
∎ Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.
∎ Any other assigned responsibility entrusted by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbent should know email writing in English.
∎ The incumbent should know to do the designs, layout, etc. on graphic software.
∎ The incumbent should have knowledge in Mellow Color and Color Management (ISO 12647) for
∎ color management, Instrument use (operating the spectrophotometry and densitometer), SOP and audit. And adjust required Lab values and TVI (Dot Gain) targets. Also, knowledge on Special
∎ and brand color control and verification, matching brand colors on a variety of substrates,
∎ standardizing special color printing performance, etc.
∎ The incumbent should know pre-press procedures and should have the ability to guide in this area.
∎ Ensuring the customer’s satisfaction with the DOT performance and Quality Product.
∎ The incumbent should in department knowledge of machinery, ink, rollers, and paper to prepares,
∎ aligns, and configures.
∎ He will Inspects proof sheets to evaluate the quality of printing and arrange to adjust press.
Salary: Negotiable
