Additional Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of practical professional experience in project management, general administration, or logistics within international organizations, NGOs, donor agencies, or relevant bodies. Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Bengali (capable of conducting meetings, drafting official letters, and communicating with government/ customs/ immigration authorities).
Responsibilities & Context
Position Summary: KOICA Bangladesh Office is seeking a qualified, proactive, and experienced Program Officer to support the monitoring and administration of its bilateral ODA projects, management of World Friends Korea (WFK) volunteers and dispatched personnel, and general office operations. The selected candidate will liaise closely with Bangladesh government counterparts (ERD, Ministries, Customs, etc.), beneficiary institutions, and dispatched experts/volunteers to ensure smooth project implementation and operational efficiency.
