Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical, and field-tested Project Manager-B.Sc. Civil Engineer to oversee on-site structural execution, quality control, contractor management, and project scheduling. The ideal candidate will ensure that building construction adheres strictly to approved architectural/structural drawings, BNBC (Bangladesh National Building Code) standards, material quality specifications, and strict safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities & Core Duties
Architectural Design & Master Planning
Develop complete architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, structural coordination, and 3D visualization post-land acquisition. Create 3D models, renderings, and walk-throughs using design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit) to help management and buyers visualize the final project.
Ensure designs align with architectural standards, structural safety regulations, spatial efficiency, and company standards.
Coordinate with structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and landscape consultants to integrate all technical aspects into the final architectural plan.
Cost Estimation & Budgeting
Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ), project cost estimates, and material specifications for total construction.
Establish project timelines, milestone tracking, and financial budgets to ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Regulatory Approvals & Liaison (RAJUK / Local Authorities)
Prepare, process, and manage all documentation required for RAJUK / local planning authority plan approval.
Act as the primary liaison between the company, RAJUK officials, architects, urban planners, and legal consultants to secure necessary approvals and clearances without delay.
Ensure all designs strictly comply with Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC) and RAJUK building guidelines.
Site Team Recruitment & Resource Management

Delegate daily responsibilities to the site engineering team and monitor performance continuously.
Construction Management & Quality Supervision
Provide end-to-end supervision and quality control across all construction phases (foundation to finish).
Ensure strict adherence to architectural specifications, structural engineering guidelines, and safety protocols on-site.
Conduct regular site visits, solve field-level architectural/structural conflicts, and report progress directly to executive management.
Perform rigorous checks on shuttering/formwork stability, rebar placement, lap length, clear cover, and concrete compaction/vibration during casting.
Conduct field tests and coordinate third-party laboratory testing for construction materials (e.g., concrete cylinder/cube strength, steel rebar tensile test, cement setting time, aggregate gradation, sand FM value).
Identify construction defects, honeycombing, cracks, or layout errors early; issue non-conformance reports and supervise immediate corrective measures.
Site Supervision & Structural Execution
Execution Oversight: Supervise day-to-day on-site civil works—including foundation, piling, RCC structural framing, brickwork, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing.
Layout & Measurement: Conduct precise site setting-outs, column alignments, level checks, and dimensional verification before pouring concrete.
Project Scheduling & Progress Monitoring
Work Progress Tracking: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports (DPR/WPR/MPR) comparing actual achievements against planned schedules (Gantt chart/MS Project).
Resource Optimization: Estimate material requirements (materials requisition plan) and ensure optimal allocation of labor, equipment, and raw materials to avoid work stoppage.
Contractor Management: Coordinate with sub-contractors, head masons, and labor teams; verify joint measurement sheets (MB book entries) for bill clearance.
Safety, Compliance & Site Management
