Experience :

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or retail project management.

• Experience with a multi-vendor marketplace, fashion or lifestyle brand, or Bangladeshi e-commerce platform will be strongly preferred.

• Proven track record of managing both online and offline sales channels.

Skills & Competencies:

• Hands-on experience with e-commerce CMS/admin panels (WooCommerce, Shopify, or custom platforms).

• Strong knowledge of order management, inventory control, courier integration, and digital payment systems in Bangladesh.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp).

• Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media commerce.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills in both Bangla and English.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Job Summary:-

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Project Manager – E-commerce & Retail Operations to lead the complete online and offline operations of two growing businesses: NAJUS MSME (najus-msme.com), a verified multi-vendor marketplace for Bangladeshi small and medium enterprises, and Natunatta Boutique & Handicraft (natunatta.com), a lifestyle brand known for eco-print clothing and handcrafted products. The ideal candidate will manage both e-commerce platforms, marketplace vendors and agents, retail and fair operations, order fulfilment, and online-offline integration, while driving sales growth and a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:-

E-commerce Platform Management

• Manage day-to-day operations of najus-msme.com and natunatta.com, ensuring product listings, prices, images, and descriptions are accurate and up to date.

• Monitor website performance, checkout flow, and payment gateways; identify issues and coordinate fixes with the technology partner.

• Plan and implement website improvements, including new features, landing pages, and SEO, in coordination with the marketing and tech teams.

Marketplace Operations (NAJUS MSME)

• Lead vendor onboarding, verification, and package management, and maintain strong vendor relationships.

• Develop and manage the sales agent network, including registration, performance tracking, and commission structures.

• Oversee vendor and agent wallets, payouts, and withdrawal reconciliation in coordination with Accounts.

• Ensure compliance with marketplace pricing policies and product quality standards.

Retail, Showroom & Fair Operations (Natunatta)

• Manage the product display centre and offline sales operations.

• Plan and execute participation in local and international fairs and exhibitions, including stock, stall setup, staffing, and sales reporting.

• Manage the gift card programme, including sales, redemption, and tracking.

Online-Offline Integration

• Maintain a single, accurate inventory across the websites, display centre, and fairs to prevent overselling or stock-outs.

• Ensure consistent pricing, offers, and gift card usage across all online and offline channels.

• Ensure all offline sales and customer data are properly recorded in the system.

Order Fulfilment & Customer Service

• Oversee order processing, Cash on Delivery and mobile payments (e.g., bKash), and coordination with courier partners.

• Manage returns, refunds, and customer complaints within defined service timelines.

• Monitor customer reviews and feedback to continuously improve service quality.

Marketing & Sales Growth

• Work with the marketing team and agency on campaign calendars, social media, promotions, and seasonal sales (Eid, Puja, Pohela Boishakh, etc.).

• Track campaign performance and implement strategies to increase traffic, conversion, and repeat customers.

Reporting, Planning & Team Management

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales, orders, conversion rate, average order value, returns, vendor growth, and agent performance.

• Supervise and guide the operations team (data entry, packaging, and customer support), set timelines, and develop SOPs.

• Support planning and execution of the annual NAJUS MSME Fair and other brand events.
