Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct individual and group psychosocial assessments to identify impacting participants' nutritional status and ability to adopt healthy eating habits.
∎ Provide individual and group psychosocial counseling and support for stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, and unhealthy coping mechanisms·
∎ Facilitate counseling sessions on nutrition-related disease and complication, emotional well-being, and social support as they relate to healthy eating and nutrition.
∎ Collaborate with nutritionists, dietitians, community health workers, and other project staff to develop and implement comprehensive interventions that address both nutritional and psychosocial needs.
∎ Advocate for and promote mental health awareness and the importance of psychosocial support within the target community regarding Nutrition and others.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the impact of psychosocial interventions
∎ Maintain accurate and confidential records of all client interactions and outcomes.
∎ Conduct psychosocial assessments·
∎ Provide individual and group psychosocial support.
∎ Raise awareness about the project, engage community members.
∎ Maintain accurate documentation
∎ Meticulously document client interactions, progress notes, and intervention outcomes to contribute to project evaluation and reporting.
∎ Stay informed about current trends
∎ Master's in Clinical psychology, Counseling Psychology, Clinical social work·
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience·
∎ Experience in psychosocial support, counseling and training skills.·
∎ In-depth understanding·
∎ Experience in humanitarian or emergency contexts.
∎ Counseling experience, particularly with low-literate beneficiaries.·
∎ Fluency in English.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
∎ Willingness to travel and work under unfavorable conditions.

∎ Skill and Competencies:
∎ Educational Qualification:
∎ Master's in Clinical psychology, Counseling Psychology, Clinical social work·
