Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for Sales & Marketing development, dealer and distribution channel growth, sales team management, market research, promotions, and customer engagement will be under the direction of the assigned Regional Manager & Area Sales Manager.
∎ Responsible for assigned Region/Area Distributors/Dealers & Retail Channel Sales & Trade Marketing Activities.
∎ Plan, Organize, Coordinate, & Monitor the Regional/Area’s overall activities of Sales & Marketing.
∎ Achievement of Regional/Area’s Sales & Marketing Budget, Maximize Unit-wise Sales achievement (KPI).
∎ Help to implement & develop strategic Marketing, Sales, & Distribution plans to make sales targets in his Region/Area with support from Distributors/Dealers/Assign Key Accounts.
∎ Follow up, Develop & Execute effective Promotional Strategies to Boost Sales & Increase company ROI.
∎ Ensure the ideal & proper selection of Distributor/Dealer at the assigned Region/Area for the automobile lubricant segment.
∎ Monitor Regional all Dealers & Retail channels to ensure proper guidance to make them effective operations.
∎ Distribute the sales target to his proper policy to achieve KPI accordingly.
∎ Monitor SKU-wise product availability of the Distributor, Dealer points & all Retail Channels.
∎ Develop & Execute a Standard Planogram (Display Modality) to Gain Consumer Attention/Eye Contact.
∎ Develop a marketing mix under the brand guidelines to enhance brand awareness, image, and equity.
∎ Report to the Head of Sales/Chief Sales Officer.
