Job Context:
∎ #Looking for individuals to work for IATA agency with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of Advanced level reservation & ticketing experience on Sabre, Gallileo & Amadeus GDS system.
∎ #The candidate must have good communication skill and proven experience in Customer Service.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ #Must Maintain the office time at 10am
∎ #Respond to customer queries quickly for:
∎ Fare search, Fare quote, Booking, Issuing, Re-issue, Cancellation, Void, Refunds, EMD.
∎ #Must remain updated on Airline/ Travel notices and circulars and update the reservation team, sales team, accounts and others accordingly.
∎ #Must follow the Airlines terms and conditions and ADM policies.
∎ #Maintain the group package, group ticket.
∎ #Must follow the Email.
∎ #Respond Customer phone calls and also land phone calls.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have advanced knowledge on GDS system such as Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus.
∎ Good at fluent in speaking English and also writing
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
