Responsibilities & Context
H.B. Group is a leading conglomerate in Bangladesh. We are currently seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and experienced professional for the position of Sample supervisor- Knit Division for our 100% export-oriented knit garments Company.
Reading sample requirements.
Making garment samples.
Pattern and measurement checking.
Sample quality checking.
Follow up buyer’s comments.
Coordination with other departments.
Sample record and control.
Carry out any other relevant assignments assigned by management.
The Sample Man shall be responsible for preparing garment samples according to buyer requirements, approved patterns, specifications, measurement charts, and construction details.
He shall ensure proper sewing, workmanship, measurement, fitting, finishing, and overall quality of samples.
He shall coordinate with the Merchandising, Pattern, Cutting, QA/QC and Production departments, incorporate buyer comments and corrections, and complete all samples within the specified deadline.
