ACI is expanding its business portfolio with the launch of its Online Travel Agency (OTA) business under ACI Avionics & Airlines Services. This new venture aims to deliver innovative, convenient, and customer-focused travel solutions through both B2B and B2C channels. With a focus on digital travel services, strategic partnerships, and customer experience, ACI is looking for dynamic professionals to drive business growth, expand market reach, and establish a strong presence in the travel industry.
Maintain accurate financial records, daily accounting entries, and transaction documentation.
Manage agent wallet reconciliation, payment tracking, and financial transaction accuracy.
Process supplier payments, customer refunds, and partner settlements in a timely and efficient manner.
Verify invoices, bills, and transaction records to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
Coordinate with internal teams, agents, suppliers, and business partners to ensure seamless financial and operational activities.
Prepare financial and reconciliation reports, identify transaction discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution.
