Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Electronics, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Electrical Safety, Problem Solving
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain all electrical compliance issues as per NFPA, BNBC & NETA.
∎ Any kind of utility (Air, Steam, Water) leakage will be first priority to solve.
∎ Responsible to take necessary action for smooth running & better production.
∎ Manpower distribution with priority basis notification.
∎ Daily work/job register check & investigate properly.
∎ Daily downtime checking and analyzing the root cause of downtime.
∎ Circuit/inverter maintenance if required.
∎ Ensure the safety of Executives/Electricians while working.
∎ Follow up on all audit requirements.
∎ Purchase requisition/repair requisition/notification follow up with proper documents.
∎ Spare parts planning with proper design/drawing/planning before damaging anything to avoid emergency machine breakdown.
∎ To maintain all preventive maintenance schedules (Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & yearly) & check, and do maintenance as required.
∎ Leave application forwarding for recommendation and maintain a register for day-offs for extra duty hours.
∎ Daily parts quality checking & pass the quality certificate submit to the department head to store.
∎ Month wise inventory of all tools of the Electrical maintenance section (own shift) and submit the checklist to the department head.
∎ Checking month-wise parts consumption.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates with experience in the textile industry (weaving) shall get preference.
∎ Good knowledge of electronic circuits, electrical panel
∎ A phenomenon to BNBC/NFPA
∎ PLC program upload & troubleshooting
∎ Inverter programming
