Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Diploma in Hotel Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making workers aware of Health, Hygiene and Safety with overall housekeeping issues;
∎ Carrying out production floors & whole factory premises visit (daily) to check housekeeping and compliance issues;
∎ Handling grievances at the initial stage;
∎ Listening to workers and counseling them as well;
∎ Encouraging and motivating workers for better performance;
∎ Making workers aware of the rules and regulation of the company;
∎ Checking complaint/suggestion boxes to share the notes, if any, with the concerned management;
∎ Coordinating activities of Medical center including its compliance issues;
∎ Carrying out different awareness programmers as per requirements of different Buyers;
∎ Ensuring proper communication between workers and management;
∎ Maintaining registers (Maternity Leave, Grievance handling, Orientation, Awareness programmers etc.);
∎ Organizing meetings of WPC, EHS and OHS committees;
∎ Workers & supervisors, Orientation, induction & training.
∎ Knowledge about Salary / wage administration and payroll management to ensure on time & accurate payment wages & compensation.
∎ On time settlement of bills (Wages, final settlement / Maternity benefits bills, compensation and benefit) as per law.
∎ Follow & Implement HR Plan, policies, strategies, initiatives, Values & Code of Conduct of the company.
∎ Maintain a positive congenial work environment in the factory through effective communication, progressive discipline, employee welfare & support, grievance handling & effective OHS Management.
∎ Good Knowledge about Bangladesh Labour Act 2006 & Labour Rules 2015 & related laws and ERP Software.
∎ Maintain & develop effective workforce through counseling, training & motivation.
∎ Support management in decision making to maintain standard beautification for the factory premises.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with factory staff and workers;
∎ Ensuring different documentations related to Admin, HR & Compliance;
∎ Any other duties, as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 03 years of hands on experience in the HRM & Welfare functions
∎ Candidates with experience of working in FMCG (Manufacturing), RMG or Group of company would be preferred;
∎ Fluency in English both written and verbal is a must;
∎ Strong knowledge and hands on experience on Microsoft Office suite;
∎ Able to collaborate effectively with other employees to ensure teamwork;
∎ Able to work independently with attention to details and able to cope up with a busy working environment;
