Hands-on ownership of high-availability or mission-critical systems
Core Technical Expertise:
Frontend & Mobile: HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Javascript, Vue.JS, React ,Next.JS, TypeScript.
Backend: PHP, Laravel, Node.js, Express, REST, GraphQL, WebSockets
Databases: PostgreSQL, MYSQL, MongoDB.
Experience in ASP.NET framework and SQL servers.
Strong knowledge of Flutter, React Native, or native development
Experience with API integration and cloud services
Ability to work collaboratively in agile teams
Other Expertise: Microservices, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Payment systems (Stripe, PayPal, bKash,Nagad), SaaS platforms, AI (LLMs, Lang Chain, OpenAI/Gemini.
Backend Expertise: Strong command of PHP and the Laravel framework, including its ecosystem (Eloquent ORM, Queues, Task Scheduling, Broadcasting).
Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of debugging complex performance issues in high-traffic applications.
Responsibilities & Context
ERP Customization: Develop, modify, and maintain ERP modules (Finance, HR, Inventory, Sales).
Database Management: Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports.
System Integration: Ensure smooth integration with third-party applications (e.g., payroll, CRM).
User Support: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and train end-users.
Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, manuals, and workflow diagrams.
Support & Leadership: Lead technical hiring, reviews, and roadmap planning
