Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Merchandising
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be well experienced in Knit.
∎ Should have good knowledge in fabric, yarn, accessories, print & embroidery, sourcing, costing/pricing, and T&A, etc.
∎ Must have good knowledge in Factory-Audit & compliance issues.
∎ Should have good skill in sample development.
∎ The candidate should be capable of handling orders from different buyers' independently.
∎ Good track record or order follow-up from order confirmation till shipment.
∎ Sound knowledge on overall production (Including fabric consumption, yarn, and manufacturing process).
∎ Should have sound skill on MS office.
∎ Should be a Team Player.
∎ Should be capable to work under pressure.
∎ Should be capable to manage junior merchandisers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong ability in Supply chain/Backward linkage management.
∎ Merchandising - 100% export-oriented Knit.
∎ Must be creative and have a strong understanding of the products & Quality.
∎ Must have the ability to understand current market trends and buying psychology.
∎ Smart, energetic, and hard-working team leader and affluent in English.
