Responsibilities & Context
1. HVAC Service, Installation & AMC Sales
- Independently generate, develop, and close business opportunities for HVAC servicing, repairs, installation, replacement, preventive maintenance, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
- Develop new business with corporate clients, factories, commercial buildings, hospitals, hotels, developers, contractors, consultants, and facility management companies.
- Actively promote service and maintenance solutions for VRF, chiller, AHU/FCU, and other HVAC systems.
- Convert one-time service and installation customers into long-term AMC clients and recurring service business.
- Identify opportunities for equipment replacement, system upgrades, modifications, additional units, and major repair work among existing customers.
- Take ownership of assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for service, installation, replacement, and AMC business.
2. Business Development, Key Accounts & Sales Management
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified leads, quotations, AMC opportunities, negotiations, and upcoming HVAC projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, facility managers, engineering teams, procurement departments, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Conduct regular client and site visits to identify new service, installation, replacement, and AMC opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Technical and Service teams on site surveys, BOQs, costing, and technical proposals while retaining ownership of the commercial sales process.
- Monitor market opportunities, competitor activities, customer requirements, and upcoming HVAC projects to generate new business.
