Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify potential buyers, investors, and corporate clients for residential and commercial properties.
Generate leads through Facebook, digital marketing, personal networking, referrals, and field activities.
Contact prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable real estate projects.
Arrange and conduct client meetings, project visits, and site tours.
Prepare and deliver professional project presentations, quotations, and investment proposals.
Negotiate with clients and successfully close property sales deals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, sales pipelines, and deal progress.
Coordinate with the marketing, customer service, and documentation teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and property prices to identify new business opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales targets and submit regular sales performance reports to management.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any relevant discipline.
Candidates with relevant professional experience may also be considered.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing property deals.
Experience in residential apartments, commercial spaces, or real estate investment sales will be preferred.
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong client relationship management and networking abilities.
Good knowledge of the Dhaka real estate market.
Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
