The organization is seeking a highly capable Deputy Manager / Manager – Solar Operations to lead and oversee solar plant operations, maintenance, and performance optimization initiatives. The role will be responsible for ensuring maximum plant availability, generation efficiency, operational reliability, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of solar power systems in alignment with the Group’s strategic objectives.
Job Location: Head Office, Dhaka (with periodic visits to project sites as required)
Key Responsibilities – Solar Operations
Ensure maximum plant availability, generation efficiency, and operational reliability through effective maintenance planning and execution.
Monitor solar plant performance and analyze operational data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for solar PV systems and associated electrical equipment.
Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to modules, inverters, transformers, switchgear, monitoring systems, and balance-of-system components.
Manage plant monitoring through SCADA, remote monitoring platforms, and performance analytics tools.
Conduct periodic inspections, audits, and performance assessments to ensure optimal system operation.
Lead and develop the operations team by providing technical guidance, training, and performance management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
