Additional Requirements
Experience: 7 years of experience in the relevant field.
Experience in ERP, HRMS, Hospital Management System, POS, Inventory, accounting or other business applications will be added an advantage.
Candidate should have practical knowledge of the following:
Programming & Development-C#, NET/ASP.NET Core, PHP/Laravel, JavaScript/Typescript, HTML5 & CSS3, REST API/Web API, Object Oriented Programming (OOP), MVC/ Clean Architecture.
Database-MS SQL Server, My SQL/Maria DB, Database Design and Normalization, SQL queries, Stored Procedures, Views and Functions, Backup and restore concepts, Basic database performance optimization
Software Development Practices-Requirement analysis, Syatem analysis and design, Software development life cycle, Vision control using Git, debugging and troubleshooting, Testing and bug fixing, Documentation, API integration.
Business Application Knowledge-Purchase & Procurement, Inventory and warehouse, Sales & POS, Production, HR & Payroll, Accounts & Finance, Hospital & Healthcare Management, Reporting & MIS, ERP Integration.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities & Context
Developing and maintaining in-house software applications.
Customizing and integrating ERP and other business applications.
Developing Web Applications, APIs and internal tools.
Designing and maintaining database.
Troubleshooting and resolving software issues.
Performing software testing and quality assurance.
Preparing technical documentation.
Supporting software deployment and updates.
Coordinating with software vendors when required.
Providing technical support to end users when necessary.
Ensuring data security, application reliability and system performance.
