Job Summary:
The Real Estate Sr. Executive is responsible for generating property sales, building strong client relationships, conducting property presentations, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify potential buyers.
Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct property presentations and site visits.
Advise clients on property investment opportunities.
Negotiate prices and close sales deals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities.
Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
