Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Com in Management / MBA (Major in Human Resource Management) with PGD in HRM from BIM.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as
∎ Hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and turnover analysis and absenteeism rates etc.
∎ Maintain, update and monitor Leave Record, Daily Attendance, Monthly Payroll and Employee Database.
∎ Handling of staff grievances and disciplinary issues.
∎ Coordinate implementation of performance appraisal process with updated KPI on regular basis.
∎ Responsible for orientation of newly joined employee, placement and job confirmation.
∎ Develop Training Need Assessment (TNA) and facilitate all process for organizing training as required
∎ Maintain manpower status properly to support corporate HR for Recruitment, Selection, and
∎ Performance appraisal for management staff consulting with concerned Department Head.
∎ Handling disciplinary actions for the employees in accordance with labor law and company policy.
∎ Developing job descriptions and update organogram.
∎ Search workforce market and identify suitable recruitment channel for the organization and design recruitment advertisement.
∎ Screens applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications, summarizes CVs for easier evaluation by the Manager and superior Management.
∎ Maintain manpower records and organized data bank of applicants for various positions and
∎ Generates recruitment related reports. Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are properly followed.
∎ Assist in generate and update required HR Policies for the betterment both of the employees and the company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have 4 years working experience at HR Department in any reputed Corporate House.
∎ Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
∎ Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
∎ In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
∎ Ensure the compliance with prevailing labor law of Bangladesh.
∎ Maintain & liaison with regulatory bodies & related regulatory affairs.
∎ Strong critical thinking and creative problem solving skills; able to balance attention to detail with-big-picture thinking.
∎ Highly motivated and highly organized and able to juggle competing priorities.
∎ Good Knowledge of MS, office, Excel & ERP (HR module).
∎ High level of integrity and professionalism.
∎ Proven cross-functional teamwork skill.
