∎ B.Sc in IT/ Human Resource Management or relevant degree
∎ Skills Required: English Communication, HR, IT Services, Knowledge on Recruitment
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Bangladesh Labor Law, HR and Admin, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Software Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for ensuring a healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of hygiene, safety, security and cleanliness in Uttara office.
∎ Ensure company asset management as per company policy.
∎ Maintain daily attendance, salary, and employee leave management.
∎ Supervise and maintain pool cars and other vehicles.
∎ Supervise and execute canteen operation.
∎ Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
∎ Posting and advertising job description in different types of websites.
∎ Screening and sourcing appropriate candidates as per the requirement's for BD Office.
∎ Take the initial interview on face to face or Skype in English.
∎ Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions).
∎ Review job orders and employment applications to match applicants with job requirements.
∎ Specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR and Administration, Legal and Compliance.
∎ Must have knowledge about HRIS.
∎ IT or Tech recruitment experience in a 360 agency role.
∎ Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter.
∎ Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Solid understanding of HR practices.
