Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Monitoring quality operations of finished product.
∎ • Follow up OQL, KPI and ensure required action plan.
∎ • Lead auditor of technical audit.
∎ • Working with production team for process and system development.
∎ • Identify quality issues and analyze complex problems. Recommend and implement preventive & corrective actions.
∎ • Handle customer claim/complaint with proper root cause analysis and implement action plan.
∎ • Ensure all QA related SOP’s are present and implemented in each stage of responsible area.
∎ • Share weekly/Monthly report with concern department.
∎ • Prepare defect/rejection analysis report for management.
∎ • Attend different customer’s virtual meeting/audit.
∎ • Ensure training to team on different customer’s quality manual, specification, SOP or any other documents related with Quality.
∎ • Develop potential man-power for different stages.
∎ • Develop new methods to resolve problems occurring during QA activities.
∎ • Communicate with customers for any quality related issue.
