• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Minimum HSC / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

Additional Requirements

• Age 30 to 40 years

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Store / Inventory operations, preferably in garments or manufacturing.
• Experience in ERP / inventory software will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, stock documentation and basic inventory control.

Responsibilities & Context

• Assist in managing day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth receiving, storage and issuance of materials.
• Maintain proper records of raw materials, accessories, finished goods and other store items.
• Receive materials against approved documents and verify quantity, item description and supporting documents.
• Issue materials to the concerned departments against authorized requisitions / issue documents.
• Maintain bin cards, stock registers and ERP / software records accurately and on time.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excesses, damaged or slow-moving items to the concerned authority.
• Ensure proper identification, labeling, stacking and preservation of materials.
• Support regular physical stock counting and reconciliation with system / book stock.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Merchandising, Purchase, Accounts and other relevant departments.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety and discipline within the store area.
• Prepare daily / weekly stock reports and other store-related reports as required by management.
• Perform any other store-related duties assigned by the management.
