Laboratory/ Testing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The overall functioning of laboratories operation in respect of technical aspects
∎ Manage to step-up margin performance for analytical lab operation
∎ Insure 3Z in all aspects
∎ Ensuring quality 100% in all aspects
∎ Organizing and monitoring training, quality checking, and proficiency testing.
∎ Arranging & established any new method and validation whenever it is necessary and under our scope.
∎ Answering any queries from customers which is related with in respect of technical.
∎ Any new buyers developed in respect of technical issues and share the knowledge with other colleagues.
∎ Monitoring the performance of the laboratory staff in respect to quality and/or integrity.
∎ Follow-up correlation exercise as well as maintained the target time with all technical aspects.
∎ Audit & correlation feedback as & when required.
∎ Receiving complaints identify cause analysis & take corrective action.
∎ Ensuring that the required environmental conditions are maintained.
∎ Checking & sign test reports.
∎ Ensuring good housekeeping of the laboratory.
∎ Proper utilization of manpower, Instruments & equipment, Consumable, inventory control & supply chain managements.
Salary: Negotiable
