Lead overall Quality Assurance operations, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and quality standards. Drive operational efficiency by optimizing resources, reducing waste, and improving productivity. Develop and enhance QA systems, procedures, and process controls. Monitor quality metrics, defect trends, audits, supplier performance, and raw material standards. Manage budgets and cost variances while partnering with Engineering, Operations, Merchandising, Sourcing, and Planning teams. Establish critical quality control points to reduce downstream defects and improve overall product quality.
