Trainee Engineer - Slider Enameling

English language proficiency.

Proficient in computer operations (MS Office).

Experience in the manufacturing industry will be given preference.

Perform repair and troubleshooting of pumps and motors, including maintenance, installation, and adjustment activities.

Conduct machine inspections and carry out corrective and preventive maintenance to ensure all equipment remains in good working condition and ready for production at all times.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and document mechanical service processes.

Monitor the availability of spare parts and consumables, and coordinate replenishment as required.

Check and record voltage, current, and insulation resistance values to ensure electrical systems operate within specified limits.

Verify the proper operation of sensors, limit switches, and other control devices.

Inspect, test, and troubleshoot contactors, relays, circuit breakers, and associated electrical components.

Ensure all electrical installations and maintenance activities comply with company safety procedures and electrical standards.

Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills while working with cross-functional teams.
