Responsibilities & Context
Implement and maintain 5S practices, safety standards, and workplace compliance.
Lead, train, and supervise the production team effectively.
Documentation prepares and control.
Ensure on-time delivery with 100% compliance to quality standards.
Analyse production processes and take proactive improvement measures.
Communicate and coordinate effectively with stakeholders to meet operational requirements.
Present production performance and KPIs to management through data-driven reports.
