Responsibilities & Context
Purchase Order (PO) Processing
Share daily receiving and sales forecasts.
Prepare order inputs and process bulk and sample orders.
Verify order details using the checklist to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.
Check requested delivery dates and material availability before order processing.
Customer Communication
Handle E-mail correspondence, including sending PI, required documents, and responding to customer inquiries.
Communicate with customers by phone to address order-related matters.
Collect L/C and monitor shipment status to ensure timely updates.
Internal Coordination
Coordinate and follow up on DTM-related activities.
Handle document requests and urgent requirements.
Update and maintain sales contracts and L/C records.
Manage price and colour registration and ensure accurate data updates.
