Job Overview

The Trainee Merchandiser position is a key role within the Merchandising Department. The ideal candidate will support production and sample follow-ups, manage packaging trims booking, handle ERP input, and undertake additional tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end merchandising activities (development to shipment)

• Work closely with factories, suppliers, and internal teams

• Support sample development, approvals, and production tracking

• Work with suppliers to ensure raw materials and trims are available

• Learn buyer communication and compliance processes

• Maintain buyer documentation, T&A, and order status reports

• Provide regular updates to senior on order status
