Responsibilities & Context
Job Overview: The position is responsible for coordinating and managing the entire merchandising process from product development to final shipment. The role involves maintaining communication with internal departments and vendors, monitoring production progress, ensuring quality and budget compliance, and facilitating smooth execution of supply orders and shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain regular communication with the concerned departments to ensure the development of each product according to the scheduled timeframe and Purchase Order (PO).
Follow up with vendors to monitor and execute supply orders, commercial activities, store coordination, quality checks, and ensure the timely shipment of products.
Ensure that the product development process meets the customer’s quality standards and budget requirements.
Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders and remain responsible for the merchandising process from product development until the final shipment of the products.
Assist in preparing reports, documentation, filing work, and data entry related to merchandising activities.
