Education
Bachelor Degree in Fashion Design Technology from a reputed university.
Graduates from BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology (BUFT) and Shanto-Mariam University of Creative Technology will be given preference.
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 24 years
Strong multitasking, organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and internet usage.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle pressure effectively.

Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Fashion Design and Sketching
Garment Fit and Construction
Product Development
Creating Tech Packs with detailed specifications
Development of CAD sketches for presentations and stakeholder reviews

Job Context:
We are a well-established international buying house operating successfully in Bangladesh for more than 28 years. We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our Technical Department as a “Trainee Technical Officer”.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide support to the Technical Team in various functions related to product development, technical documentation, sample evaluation and fashion design activities.
This position offers an excellent learning opportunity for a recent graduate to develop professional skills while working closely with an experienced technical team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Tech Pack, Sample Evaluation and Fashion Design teams in their day-to-day activities.
Review and evaluate samples for quality, fit, workmanship and production feasibility before production approval.
Support the Head of Department by providing necessary information and assistance to ensure smooth departmental operations.
Coordinate with relevant teams to facilitate timely completion of assigned tasks.
Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
