∎ We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive training program that aligns with our standard operating procedures. As the Training Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing SOPs and developing training modules with the help of existing office members, ensuring they are short, sweet, and easy to understand. You will also be responsible for recording and writing the lessons, working with the editing team to finalize and upload them, and organizing them into a Learning Management System.

∎ Work Hour: 9.00 AM - 5.30 PM (5 and a half days a week)
∎ Job Location: Kishoreganj / Remote
∎ Note: Remote work is currently an option for the residents of Dhaka. However, it will be necessary to work from the office once our Dhaka branch is operational.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive training program that aligns with our standard operating procedures
∎ Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new and existing employees. Work with the existing office members to develop and refine SOPs and training modules
∎ Ensure that the training materials are short, sweet, and easy to understand for all employees
∎ Record and write lessons and work with the editing team to finalize and upload them to the Learning Management System
∎ Organize and maintain the learning management system to ensure all employees have access to the necessary training materials
∎ Continuously evaluate and improve the training program to ensure it is effective and efficient
∎ Respond to employee inquiries related to training programs and opportunities
∎ Communicate regularly with management and employees to ensure the training program is meeting their needs
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in training coordination and facilitation
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
∎ Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask
∎ Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
∎ Strong understanding of standard operating procedures and best practices in training and development
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, LMS, CRM and other training software
∎ Strong organizational and project management skills
∎ IELTS would be a plus
