We offer a wide range of commercial and residential maintenance services including renovation, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, locksmithing, cleaning, and more. As we expand our operations, we are hiring motivated individuals in Bangladesh to join our remote team.

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with US-based vendors through phone calls and emails.

• Search, onboard, and maintain relationships with vendors across various services (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, Handyman, electrical, landscaping, etc.).

• Negotiate pricing, timelines, and scope of work with vendors.

• Create, manage, and update vendor bids and invoices.

• Ensure timely updates on work progress using Excel spreadsheet and online tracking tools.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance targets set by the supervisor.

• Use business tools and applications efficiently to manage vendor-related operations.
