∎ We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Website Developer to join our team at BrainyZat Digital Limited. As a Website Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing high-quality websites for our clients. You will work closely with clients, understanding their specific requirements and transforming them into visually appealing and functional websites.
∎ The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in front-end and back-end web development, with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies. You should have experience in translating client requirements into user-friendly website designs, ensuring seamless integration of design elements and functionality. Additionally, knowledge of SEO principles and website optimization techniques is essential to maximize search engine visibility and drive organic traffic.
∎ As a Website Developer, you should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to meet project deadlines. You should have excellent communication and client-facing skills, as you will be conducting consultations, gathering requirements, and providing expert advice to clients throughout the development process. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including designers and digital marketers, is crucial to ensure that the websites meet the clients` goals and objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Website Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality websites for clients, aligning with their specific requirements and business objectives.
∎ Client Consultation: Conduct meetings and discussions with clients to understand their website needs, gather requirements, and provide expert advice on website design and functionality.
∎ Front-end Development: Implement client-approved designs, ensuring seamless integration of design elements, layouts, and interactive features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.
∎ Back-end Development: Collaborate with the back-end development team to integrate front-end components with server-side logic, databases, and APIs, ensuring efficient and reliable website functionality.
∎ Content Management: Update and manage website content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia assets, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and timely updates as per client requests.
∎ Responsive Design: Develop websites that are mobile-friendly and responsive, providing optimal user experience across different devices and screen sizes.
∎ Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement SEO best practices to optimize client websites for search engine visibility, organic rankings, and drive relevant organic traffic.
∎ Cross-browser and Cross-platform Compatibility: Test websites on various browsers, operating systems, and devices to ensure consistent performance and functionality.
∎ Website Performance Optimization: Optimize websites for speed and performance, ensuring fast loading times and smooth user experience.
∎ Website Security: Implement security measures and best practices to protect client websites from potential threats, such as data breaches, hacking attempts, and malware infections.
∎ Website Maintenance: Monitor website performance, identify and troubleshoot issues, bugs, and errors, and provide timely resolutions to ensure uninterrupted website operation.
∎ Collaboration: Work closely with designers, content creators, and digital marketing teams to ensure the successful delivery of client projects and align website development with overall digital marketing strategies.

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
