Job Context:
We are a leading company in the Packaging Industry, currently seeking a highly skilled and responsible 'Accessories Executive' to streamline and elevate our commercial, VAT, tax, and licensing operations. The ideal candidate will be entrusted with managing all internal and external legal documentation, customs procedures, and Letter of Credit (L/C) operations with the utmost integrity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute all VAT and TAX-related compliance and activities in strict accordance with government regulations.
• Maintain, verify, and systematically update vital VAT registers and forms, specifically Mushak 6.1 (Purchase Register), Mushak 6.3 (Tax Invoice), and Mushak 6.9 (Turnover Tax Invoice).
• Oversee all customs-related regulations, standard operating procedures, and monitor the entire custom clearance workflow.
• Supervise the comprehensive Letter of Credit (L/C) lifecycle, including opening, extensive documentation, and related banking operations.
• Ensure the timely renewal, compliance checklist, and continuous updates of all essential corporate licenses (e.g., Trade License, IRC, ERC, Fire License, etc.).
• Securely archive, index, and back up all critical company documentation regarding VAT, tax, import-export, and licensing files.
• Coordinate closely with the production and accounting departments to cross-verify and reconcile VAT and tax figures associated with accessory procurement.
