Responsibilities & Context
1. Maintain daily Treasury Management
2. Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system
3. Assist in the preparation of periodic financial reports and statements.
4. Support general ledger maintenance and journal posting activities
5. Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
6. Perform bank reconciliation and verify discrepancies.
7. Maintain systematic filing and documentation of financial records.
8. Provide operational support to senior finance team members.
9. Assist in audit preparation and tax-related documentation.
10. Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
11. Any other assignments given by the management time to time.
