Responsibilities & Context
To present company & projects to potential buyers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Understand clients' needs and budgets to suggest suitable properties.
Arrange site visits and answer clients' questions.
Follow up with potential clients to close sales.
Maintain good relationships with existing clients.
Submit daily sales reports, call logs, and visit updates to the Team Leader.
