We are looking for a highly skilled SQA Engineer to join our team and take ownership of building a state-of-the-art quality assurance process. This role requires both hands-on manual testing expertise and strong experience with automated testing frameworks, with a clear mission:

Lead our transition from primarily manual testing to a robust, automated testing ecosystem by developing internal QA standards and automation framework.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

Quality Engineering & Test Strategy

• Develop and implement an internal testing framework and standards to drive automation across the organization.

• Plan and execute end-to-end (E2E) tests covering all user stories.

• Ensure functional requirements are fully validated, including comprehensive unit test cases, edge cases, and negative scenarios.

Testing Execution & Coverage

• Perform a wide variety of testing types, including:

º API testing

º Regression testing

º Integration testing

º Performance and load testing

º Smoke & sanity testing

º Usability & accessibility testing

• Validate deployments across staging and production environments to ensure release quality, stability, and rollback readiness.

Automation Engineering

• Implement, maintain, and optimize automated test frameworks using:

º Selenium

º Playwright

º Cypress

º JUnit

º or similar technologies

• Develop automated test scripts for UI, API, regression, and performance scenarios.

Security, Compliance, Accessibility & Performance

• Conduct security and compliance-oriented functional testing, ensuring features meet authentication, authorization, data protection, and policy standards.

• Execute accessibility and usability testing following WCAG guidelines (e.g., contrast, keyboard navigation, screen reader behavior).

• Plan and run performance, load, and stress tests, preparing realistic test environments in collaboration with DevOps and the system architect to accurately mirror production conditions.

• Document expectations and quality thresholds related to security, compliance, accessibility, and performance requirements.

Collaboration & Process

• Identify, document, and track bugs using defect management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar).

• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, product managers, and DevOps engineers to ensure timely issue resolution.

• Conduct API testing with Postman, Newman, REST Assured, or equivalent tools.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, refinements, and retrospectives.
