Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a sincere, responsible, and experienced Accountant for our Offset Printing & Packaging Factory.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounts, cash book, bank transactions, sales, purchases, and expenses.
Maintain customer receivables and supplier payables.
Prepare bills, vouchers, payment records, and monthly financial reports.
Maintain employee salary, advance, and other payment records.
Maintain and preserve all necessary VAT and Tax-related records, documents, and supporting statements.
Maintain accurate financial records using Microsoft Excel.
Operate customized accounting software and adapt to new software systems as required.
Requirements:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Experience in computerized accounting systems.
Ability to learn and operate customized accounting software.
Good analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
