Responsibilities & Context
This is an office-based position suitable for fresh graduates who want to begin their careers in administration and office operations. The role offers practical exposure to the international education industry, student documentation, and professional office coordination. Training and guidance will be provided to help the selected candidate perform assigned responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office administration and maintain an organised working environment.
Maintain office records, files, student documents, and administrative databases.
Coordinate with counsellors, management, and other departments for daily operational tasks.
Welcome visitors, handle incoming calls, and manage appointments and meeting schedules.
Perform data entry, document preparation, filing, and routine reporting.
Assist in preparing and updating reports, spreadsheets, and internal records.
Monitor office supplies and assist with general administrative requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of company and student information.
Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
