∎ Post Graduate in Commerce. Masters in accounting will be given priority.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Minimum of 5 years of working experience in NGOs or other Development Organizations in the relevant field.
∎ Basic computer skills in MS Office.
∎ Knowledge of the local language will be an asset.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing financial transactions and documentation.
∎ Checking value for money, record keeping, compliance with accounting procedures, and audit requirements.
∎ Monitoring and tracking of expenditure against budget.
∎ Maintaining bank and cashbook including ledger on all project expenditures.
∎ Financial reporting and liaison with internal auditor.
∎ Providing documents and information as required by management and auditor.
∎ Support Project Coordinator to assist in administrative matters.
∎ Have to ensure administrative support in project intervention on time.
∎ Follow the organization's Child Safeguarding, Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), Gender, and WB Policy.
∎ Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) is a national voluntary social welfare organization. JCF is implementing ECHO HIP project supported by Save the Children. To ensure the quality implementation of the project, JCF intends to recruit project staff from qualified candidates of Bangladeshi nationals.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Tk. 58,000 per month, Consolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project
