Additional Requirements
Retired Armed Forces (Major or equivalent rank), Police, or other disciplined force personnel.
Experienced with similar capacity for a corporate office of large conglomerate will be added advantage.
Strong professional network and experience in dealing with government ministries, regulatory authorities and local administration.
Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
Responsibilities & Context
Maintain effective relationships with government ministries, regulatory authorities, local authorities, and industry associations.
Coordinate the preparation and submission of applications, licenses, permits, approvals, renewals, and other official documents.
Liaise with government and regulatory authorities on behalf of the Group and monitor the status of regulatory matters.
Maintain records of official correspondence, external communications, and regulatory submissions.
Identify security risks, investigate incidents, and implement preventive measures.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, and report relevant matters to management.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
